The Cultural Marketing Public Relations Approach

How we work:

We begin by learning about your business, what is important to you, what are the values of your organization and your product and or services, your brand and your company's reputation.  From that, we develop a marketing communications plan.

This involves defining the objectives of your public relations campaign, identifying the target publics for this plan, identifying tactics, and developing the Implementation Strategy and a timeline.  The Implementation Strategy phase of your campaign involves creating your strategic message, identifying media and communication channels and creative delivery tactics.

Once the plan is completed, we provide our clients with a copy of this plan and begin implementation.  Our clients receive a monthly written report that helps maintain communications, provide an opportunity to ask questions and to see the aspects of your public relations campaign as they unfold.

Results Oriented Metrics:

When campaign objectives are identified, they are developed so that they are in alignment with your business objectives.  In this way, once the campaign is undertaken, we can measure the success of the campaign as it relates to return on investment for a particular client.  ROI methods are customized for each client, as each business has its own particular needs.  This also gives us an opportunity to continually reassess each aspect of the plan so that business goals and public relations efforts can be continually assessed for effectiveness.

Client Communications:

At Cultural Marketing PR, we believe that continual interaction with our clients is crucial for a successful outcome.  We stay in touch by email, mail, by the phone or in person so that our clients know what is happening and how our work is helping them.  Most importantly, while we take our work seriously, we like to have fun and enjoy the work we do and the relationships we have with our clients.
